• Please note that complimentary rooms are only available from 14th October 2019 to 16th October 2019. For additional days, we will connect you to the hotel for discounted rates. Kindly note that the registration does not guarantee and/or insure complimentary stay. You will receive a confirmation for hotel stay after receipt of your application.
• $125 will be blocked on their card and this will be refundable once they are atthe show.
• False Information is subject to cancellation of further entry at BDB and block of deposit money. Last date of cancellation of free stay without charge is fifteen days prior to the event. Kindly note that the registration is for free
• Clients will have to visit every booth with an attendant for each of the 3 days of the show.
• Clients will be allowed to visit offices only on after lunch on 16th October 2019.

• All Participants are required to commit and fully support Code of Ethics (ISC), Participants who intentionally or knowingly violate any provision of the ISC will be subject to action, which may result in debarring from the exhibitions
• All information provided by us in this Application and contract form are true and correct.
• The entry into the Exhibition is subject to scrutiny and registration can be cancelled with notification and monetary refund, subject to sole decision taken by BDB.
